Eggs with Pickles
Another Egg dish which is easy to make and very common recipe to have at all occassions. The Picked cucumbers give extra taste to the recipe.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Boiled Eggs - 10
- Pickled cucumbers - 5 ea
- Butter - 5 tbsp
- Onions - 4
- Pepper & salt to taste
Method:
In a pan add butter on low heat. Once the butter melts add the onions and fry until they are golden brown. Add the chopped cucumbers to the onions and fry for 2 mins. Cook on low heat until the cucumbers become tender.
Remove from heat then add the cucumbers, eggs, salt and pepper to a grinder. Take in to a bowl and mix them well. Garnish with coriander and chilly sauce. Serve.
