Eggs with Peas
A very simple Italian recipe which can be varied by adding fresh herbs or spices. Normally served with Italian rice or Bread.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Green peans
- Butter
- Salt and Pepper
- Eggs Boiled
Method:
In a frying pan add butter and once the butter melts add 2 ½ cups of green peas. Cook them thoroughly and add salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the peas are tender. In a large plate arrange the thinly sliced boiled eggs. Add the peas on the eggs and serve hot.
