Eggplant Salad

Recipe Ingredients:
- Eggplant (aubergine) sliced - 1/2 cup
- Pepper - 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic Cloves - 5
- Black pepper finely chopped - 1 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 3 tbsp
Method:
In a pan add oil and add sliced egg plants (aubergine) to the oil. Fry until both sides of the eggplants turn in to brown. Be careful with the egg plants so that they wont turn in to black colour. Add the eggplant slices to the bowl. Add salt and chopped garlic to the eggplant slices. Mix them thoroughly. Add pepper and lemon juice and cool it slightly and serve.
