Egg Fried Rice
Egg Fried Rice is a nice recipe to have it as main dish at dinner, lunch and all occassions. This can be served with yougurt or salad. If want can add pepper and chillies to make it more spicy or it can be used as an accompaniement to a main meal

Recipe Ingredients:
- Eggs - 5
- Salt to taste
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
- Scallions finely Chopped - 3
- Oil - 4 tbsp
- Cooked Rice - 4 Cups
- peas and carrots and beans - 1 cup(cooked)
Method:
In a small bowl add the eggs and beat well along with pinch of salt. Add chopped scallions (or green onions) and mix well. In a frying pan add oil and add the egg mix in to the pan and fry. Add the rice and mix gently. Add the salt, pepper, peas, beans and scallions (or green onions). Mix well and fry for 5-10 mins. Serve it hot.
