Crab Soup
This is a traditional crab soup recipe from Indonesia. This seafood soup recipe can be "spiced up" by adding additional spices according to taste.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Crabs - 4
- Fish Stock - 2 Cups
- Ginger - 2 tbsp
- Scallions - 50 gms
- Parsley - 3 tbsp
- Salt
- pepper - 2 tbsp
Method:
Take crabs and clean them then cut meat into pieces. In a frying pan add stock and boil for 15 mins. Add crab pieces , finely chopped ginger , parsley and the scallions (or green onions) to it. Boil for another 10-15 mins. Season the soup with sauce. Serve it hot.
