Couscous Veggies
Full Of different Vegetables which is very good for health. Fat Free recipe. Can have any time.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 cups couscous
- 4 cups water
- dry veggie boullion
- 1-2 cups baby carrots
- 1-2 cups peas
- asparagus
- fresh herbs
- Handful of currants
- 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 tbsp tamari (soy sauce)
- 2-3 tbsp ff italian dressing
- salt, pepper
Method:
Add water in a deep pan and add the vegetable boullion. Boil it for 15 mins. Add cous cous to the boiling water. Boil for 5 mins and make it cool for 20 mins. Meanwhile boil the carrots and asparagus and add these vegetables to the pan along with peas, currants, dressing and herbs. Cook for 15 min then add salt & pepper and tamari. Mix gently and serve.
