Country Lamb Stew
This is famous recipe in Ireland. Lamb is often used for its tasty and nutrious properties and this stew woudl tend to be used as a main dish.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Lamb - 1/2 kg
- Potatoes - 3
- Country Stew Mix - 1 pk
Method:
In a pan add olive oil and add lamb pieces and fry for ½ hour until the meat is cooked and becomes soft. Add potatoes which are peeled to the meat. Cook for 5 more mins. In a bowl add water and the stew mix. Mix well.
Add this mix to the pan and boil for 5 min on high heat. Every 10 minutes or so, stir the meat and remove any "scum" which may form on the top. Cook until the meat becomes tender. Serve hot.
