Corn and Crab soup
This si a recipe for corn and crab soup. Popular in many countries around the Mediteranean it is a particulalry pleasant seafood soup. Serve it hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Corn - 2 cups
- Crab Meat - 120 gm
- Onion chopped - 1
- Corn Flour - 3 tbsp
- Chicken Stock - 3 tbsp
- Water - 4 Cups
- Soya Sauce - 2 tbsp
Method:
Take the corn make paste out of them. Take a deep frying pan add the paste an fry for a min. Add the crab flesh and minced onions to it. Fry for 4-5 mins. Add the chicken stock powder and water and corn flour. Mix all the contents thoroughly and make it to boil on low heat.
Add soya sauce to the pan and mix and cook for another 5 mins. Now it is ready to serve. Take in to a small bowl and garnish with onions and any further soya sauces according to taste. Serve it hot.
