Spanish Food and Drink Ideas

This is a recipe for coleslaw which is normally served to accompany other dishes. Lots of raw vegetables which makes this protein packed and full of vitamins.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Finely Chopped Cabbage - 250 gms
- Finely chopped Onion - 1
- Green pepper - 1
- red Peppr - 1
- Grated Large Carrot - 1
- Grapes - 50 gm
- Yogurt - 1/2 cup
- French Dressing - 1 tbsp
- Salt and Black pepper to taste
- Parsley finely chopped - 1 tbsp
Method:
Take a deep bowl and add the cabbage. Add chopped onions, the different kinds of peppers which are chopped , chopped carrot and grapes. Mix them well and add the yogurt along with the salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
Garnish with soya or chilli sauce and finely chopped parsley and serve.
