Codfish Stewed
Seafood recipes are very popular in the Nordic countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland. It can be served with a variety of dishes such as rice or potatoes.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Boiled Cod
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Cream - 2 tbsp
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Salt & Pepper
- Mustard Sauce
- Boiled Potatoes
Method:
In a deep bowl add water and boil the codfish. Make it cool and remove the skin from the fish. Make small pieces of the fish.
In a small cup add butter and milk sauce , mustard sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix the sauce and the boiled fish and serve. Can be garnished with chopped parsley , onions and cabbage leaves.
