Coconut Milk & Banana
This is a Thai soup recipe whcih rather than being spicy is actually quite a sweet soup recipe. You can serve this soup hot or cold.

Recipe Ingredients:
- coconut milk - 500 ml
- Sugar - 4 tbsp
- Bananas - 3
- Salt to taste
Method:
In a deep pan add coconut milk and make it boil. Add sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk. Boil for 5-10 mins. And add thinkly sliced banana pieces to the milk. Cook for 5 min. and take it out. Its ready to serve.
