Ingredients:

- 125 g (4 oz) margarine
- 1 x 15 ml spoon (1 tbsp) golden syrup
- 2 x 15m1 spoons (2 tbsps) Elmlea Single

- 25 g (1 oz) raisins
- 25 g (1 oz) glace cherries, chopped
- 50 g (2 oz) chopped nuts
Method:
Grease and line a 450g (1 lb) loaf tin. Melt chocolate in a bowl over a pan of hot water. Add margarine, golden syrup and Elmlea and stir until smooth. Remove bowl from saucepan and cool slightly before stirring in remaining ingredients. Spoon into prepared tin, smooth top and chill in refrigerator until set for about 1 hour.
