Chicken Chillindron
This spanish dish of chicken is spicy and very tasty recipe. Nice to have it with rice.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Chicken 1 kg
- tomatoes 5
- Green Peppers - 5
- Large Onion
- Oil
- semi-cured ham - 150gm
- Wine - 1 glass(Optional)
- garlic, hot red pepper for seasoning
- salt to taste
Method:
In a pan add oil and once it gets heat add the chopped chicken pieces to the pan and fry for 5 mins. need to fry until the chicken pieces are golden brown in colour. Take the pieces out in to a bowl and keep aside. Add chopped tomatoes, peppers, chopped onions, chopped garlic to the pan. Fry them until the tomatoes and onions become tender. Add the chicken to the pan and mix well. Cook for 10-12 mins. add the sliced semi cured ham to the ham and cook for 10 more min. add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 5 mins and Serve hot.
