Chestnut Pudding

Recipe Ingredients:
- Chestnuts - 100gm
- Cloves - 3
- Fructose - 2 cups
- Eggs - 4
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tbsp
Method:
In a deep pan add chopped chestnuts, cloves & water and bring it to boil on a low heat. Keep this mixture aside and let it cool. Grind it and make a paste out of the mixture. Take a small bowl, add egg yokes and fructose , mix them for 4-5 min. Add the chestnut paste to the egg mix. Stir both the mixtures. Butter a baking bowl and pour the mixture. Bake for 40 min at 350 F. If desired can garnish with cherries and cocoa powder & dry fruits. Ready to Serve.
