Cherry Soup

Recipe Ingredients:
- Morello Cherries - 1/2 kg
- Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- White wine Dry - 4 Cups
- Cinnamon -1
- Lemons - 2
- Brandy - 1/2 Cup
- Sour cream - 2 Cups
Method:
Take frying pan and add wine, sugar, lemon juice , crushed cherry pits and cinnamon stick to it. Cook for 10 min. Strain the mixture once it is cool and bring it to boil again. Once done keep it aside to cool. Add brandy to it. Add sour cream and cherry soup to it. Keep it in the fridge and make it cool. Serve it chilled.
