Cheesy potato puree
This puree is nice to have with noodles and with many curries also.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 1 kg
- Milk
- Butter - 2 oz
- Chees - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
Wash and boil the potatoes until the potatoes are cooked. Peel the skin off from the potatoes. Mash the potatoes and keep aside. In a pan add butter and once the butter is melted add the milk. Once the milk gets boiled add the potatoes to the pan. Cook for 5 mins. when the milk gets thick add salt and pepper to taste. Add the grated cheese and mix well. Serve.
