Celery & carrot soup

Recipe Ingredients:
- Celery root - 1/2 cup
- Carrots - 1/2 cup
- Onions chopped - 2
- Oilive Oil - 4 tbsp
- Water
- Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk Cream - 1/2 cup
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
In a pan add olive oil. Fry vegetables in the oil for 5 mins and add water and boil them until the vegetables are finely cooked. Keep this aside. Add Butter to a pan and add corn flour and soup stock to the pan. Boil it till the mixture turns into a smooth cream. Add this cream to the vegetables. Mix them thoroughly. Boil for 10 min. add Salt and pepper and the milk cream. Once done serve the soup Hot.
