Cauliflower cream soup
Cauliflower Soup is nice to have. Serve when garnished with parsley
and smoked salmon. This can be made with carrots also.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cauliflower of about 1 kilo
- 1 1/2 liter chicken broth
- 1 medium dry onion finely chopped
- 2 potatoes
- 2 Tbs butter
- salt & pepper
- ½ cup fresh cream
Method:
Take a frying pan and butter to the pan. Once melted add onions and fry them till the onions are soft. Take the potatoes and add them to the onions. Fry them for 3 mins. Add the cauliflowers and the stock. Make it boil for 4 min. Add the pepper, salt and cook for ½ hour. Once done take this mixture in to a bowl and blend it thoroughly. You can add nutmeg to it. Chop the parsley. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
