Carrot Soup
Great soup to have which includes Chicken taste as well as the vegetables taste. Need to be served Hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Baby Carrots - 2 Cups
- Onions finely chopped - 2 tbsp
- Celery ribs - 5
- Butter - 4 tbsp
- Potato peeled - 1
- Vegetable broth & Chicken Broth - 3 Cups each
- Chicken Soup Base - 3 tbsp
- White Wine - 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
- Soya Sauce - 3 tbsp
Method:
Clean the carrots. Slice the carrots and celery ribs. Take Onions and mince them. Take a frying pan and add butter to it . Once the butter is melted add the onions and fry them till they become soft. Add potatoes, celery ribs and carrots to the onions. Add tarragon also. Fry for 5 min. Add the Chicken Stock, Soup Base and white wine to it. Cook for 20-25 min on low heat. Add pepper, salt, chili powder, Soya sauce and samba oelek . Mix them well. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for 20 min until everything is cooked properly. Garnish with Soya Sauce and Coriander.
