Capsicum Almod Stew
This Stew is very good for health as it contains all types of
vegetables. This is spicy also as it contains capsicum . This is nice to have it as main dish .

Recipe Ingredients:
- Boiled Vegetables(any type) - 2 cups
- Tomatoes - 4
- Capsicum Red - 1
- Green Capsicum - 1
- Large Onion - 1
- Almonds Peeled - 1/4 Cup
- Olive Oil - 2 tbsp
- Brown Sugar - 2 tbsp
Method:
Add tomatoes to water and boil them for 8-10 mins. And turn off the heat and peel the skin off from the tomatoes. Chop them and keep aside. Chop the onions in to thin slices. Chop the capsicum. In a pan add oil and fry the onions till they are golden brown. Add sliced almonds, tomatoes, capsicum . fry for 5 min. cover with a lid and cook for 10 more mins. Add salt and pepper and brown sugar and on low heat cook for 10 mins. Once done serve hot with Bread.
