Butter Twists

Recipe Ingredients:
- Butter - 1 Cup
- Flour - 2 Cups
- Egg Yolks - 2
- Sour Cream - 1 Cup
- Nuts
- Cinnamon
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
Method:
Take the Butter and beat it well so that you will get smooth cream. Add egg yolk to the butter and add sour cream & flour. Mix them thoroughly. Keep it in fridge and make the mixture cool for 4-5 hours. Make the dough into parts. Roll each of them into a circle. Cut each the circle in to wedges. Sprinkle sugar on each of them . Can be seasoned with nuts. Need to bake them now. Pre-heat a oven at 400 F and bake for 20 min.
