Butter Cream Cake

Recipe Ingredients:
- Eggs - 4
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Flour - 1 Cup
- Butter - 5 tbsp
- Almonds Chopped - 4 tbsp
Method:
Take Eggs and add them to a bowl and add sugar. Mix them thoroughly for 5-8 mins. To the egg mixture add flour , butter. Mix them for 4 mins. Add coffee to that. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Take a pan for baking. Butter the pan and add the mixture to the buttered pan. This is ready for baking. Bake for 20 min at 400F. Take it out once done and keep aside till it cools. After 15-20 min take the cake and cut the cake in to 2 layers. Take the first layer and add the filling on the top. Keep the second layer on the top of the filling and add the rest of the filling on the top of the cake. If desired you can garnish with dry fruits and cherries.
