Beef Stew Soup
This is a tasty and traditional Hungarian soup recipe best served Hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Beef Stew meat - 1/2 kg
- Onions - 1/4 kg
- Beef Stock - 5 Cups
- Tomato Paste - 4 tbsp
- Paprika - 3 tbsp
- Pepper - 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Green pepper - 2 tbsp
- Garlic Powder - 1 tbsp
Method:
Take a deep frying pan and add onions and fry them till the onions become soft. Add Beef (which has been cubed or sliced into small portions)and fry till the beef is golden brown. Add the other ingredients and cook for 70-80 mins until the meat is cooked properly. Add a tbsp of corn flour to water and add the mixture to the meat. Add Coriander and pepper before serving.
