Barbequed Pork
This is a reciep for barbequed pork. Often served as a barbecu food staple it can also be served as a main "plated" meal along with (for example)a salad.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Boneless Pork - 3 pounds
- Soya Sauce - 1/4 cup
- Dry sherry - 2 tbsp
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp bean sauce
- 2 tbsps hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp fivespice powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup boiling water
Method:
Wash the pork and chop the pork in to thin slices. Add the thin stripes of the pork in to a bowl. add salt, pepper, lemon juice and the other ingredients to marinade the pork. Keep aside. You need to marinade the pork for 4-5 hours. Grill the pork for 1 hour at 200 F until the pork is golden brown.
