Baked Meat
This is a typical Greek recipe which should be tasted atleast once. Typically served with rice and it should be served hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- 2 kg Meat
- 2 cups vinegar
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 cups red wine
- 150 gr carrots
- 250 gr celery
- 1 bunch parsley
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 garlic
- 1/2 spoon pepper
- 500 gr onions
Method:
In a bowl add the finely chopped vegetables, wine , olive oil and vinegar. Add the sliced meat to the pan. Add salt and pepper. Mix well and keep aside to marinade. Add the chopped celery, finely chopped garlic, chopped parsley and chopped onions also to the bowl.
Once the mixture is marinated make rolls from this mixture and roll them in a aluminium foil. Bake them until done approx for 1 ½ hour on medium heat.
