Baked Jelly Apples
This is a recipe which uses jelly or jello as it is sometimes known. Very easy to make and typically served at parties.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Apples - 5
- Fructose - 4 tbsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/2 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder - 1 tbsp
- Lemon jell - 3 tbsp
- Brandy - 3 tbsp
Method:
Clean the apples. Peel the skin from the apples. Take the middle seeds out without cutting the apple. From this place add fructose & brandy mixture to the apples. Take an aluminum foil and place each apple in the foil season with lemon juice to each apple.
You can add cinnamon powder if desired. Wrap the foil and place in a dish and bake the apples for 30 min in an oven at 400 F. Once baked you can make them cool and the apples are ready to serve.
