Baked in Meat Rolls
This is a Russian recipe for baked meat rolls. These rolls are sometimes known as sausages in some parts of the world. They are however unusual in that each roll will include all types of meat. Can be served as a side dish or with Pita

Recipe Ingredients:
- Beef - 500 gm
- Pork - 500gm
- Lamb - 1/2 kg
- chicken - 1/2 kg
- Pepper - 2 tbsp
- Parsley finely Chopped - 50 gm
Method:
Clean the meat and cut the meat in to small thin slices. Add pepper and salt for taste. Take the dry spices in a plate. Roll the meat in the spices. Pile the slices and roll them such that the roll include all types of meat. Place each roll in aluminum foil and keep aside. Do this for several rolls and bake until the roll is cooked properly and ready to serve.
