Bacon & cabbage
Very traditional Irish recipe whcih is commonly served simply wiht potatoes to make a hearty filling main course meal. Always Serve Hot.

Recipe Ingredients:
- Boiling Bacon 2 lb
- Cabbage - 1
- Mustard Sauce - 4 tbsp
Method:
Take a pot and add the bacon to the it along with cold water and boil it. Remove the fat that will come up as a top layer on the water. On low heat cook until the bacon becomes soft. Chop the cabbage and add to the pot. Stir well and cook for 20 more min. Cook until the cabbage is cooked. Add salt and pepper to taste. Turn of the heat and garnish with chopped coriander then serve.
