Almond Cookies
These almond cookies recipe originates in China and as such are a very light sweet biscuit. Generally, Almond cookies are lighter and more delicately flavored than most cookies

Recipe Ingredients:
- Flour - 3 Cups
- Sugar - 1 Cup
- Butter - 1 Cup
- Salt to Taste
- Baking powder - 1 tbsp
- Almond Paste - 3 tbsp
- Eggs beaten - 3
- Blanched almonds - 1/4 Cup
Method:
Take Sugar, flour, butter, salt and baking powder and mix them thoroughly. Switch on the oven and preheat at 350 F. Take the Mixture and add egg and almond paste to it. Make the cookies as per you size using a cookie cutter. Now the cookies are ready to be baked. You can decorate the cookies with dry fruits. Bake for 25 min. These can be eaten at any time and can be served at teatime.
