Scottish Recipes - Prawns in Whisky Cream
This is a very simple combination of a tasty fish dish with Scotland's national drink of Whisky (whiskey is the Irish spelling). Prawns in Whisky Cream Ingredients:
Method:
Stir in the cream and remove from the heat BEFORE it reaches boiling point. Season to taste and then pour into the Ramekin dishes. Top with the grated cheese and brown under a hot grill. Garnish if desired
